RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on all products once they have been opened and/or used for hygiene reasons.

 

In the unlikely circumstance one of our products arrives to you damaged or you have received the wrong item, you may return it to us unused within 14 days of purchase for replacement or a full refund.​

 

The Beauty Fix Co. will cover the cost of returning a product in the event it is damaged or you have received the incorrect item. In this scenario, we recommend you return the item(s) using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please retain proof of postage costs.
